What an amazing 3 days!
Nic is such a lovely person and a brilliant trainer. Everyone was nervous until she walked in and changed the whole mood. She made everyone relaxed and spent time with everyone who had questions.
Everyone on the course was lovely and we all got on really well. There’s a lot of information to take in, so you’ll need to concentrate, take notes and you’re allowed to take videos and pictures of demos if you need to. I’ll probably be taking a refresher course just in case, but I enjoyed every minute!
